Xero barefoot shoes for children, women and men

Xero Shoes is a US brand created in 2009 by a married couple Steven Sashen and Lena PhoenixIt all started with Steven's personal experience - after a 30-year break, he started sprinting again at the age of 45, but suffered from constant injuries. On the recommendation of a friend, he tried barefoot running and discovered the book “Born to Run, which changed his attitude towards movement and body awareness.

Running barefoot helped him get rid of his injuries, but in everyday life, going barefoot wasn't always possible. So he decided DIY lightweight sandals, which would allow the foot to move naturally and at the same time protect it from the ground. The first sandals, the so-called huaraches, quickly became popular among other runners, and soon after, the brand's original name was born – Invisible Shoes.

Together with my wife Lena, a small craft project quickly developed international company, which aims to provide footwear that support the natural movement of the footToday, Xero Shoes is known for its thin and flexible soles in terms of allowing you to feel the ground with every step, while helping to strengthen your leg muscles and improve your posture.

The brand's range includes barefoot shoes for the whole family – from sandals and sneakers to waterproof winter boots. All Xero Shoes models are united by one principle: feel the freedom, feel the land, feel life.
