What personal data is processed

For what purpose is personal data processed?
Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods. Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, customer details) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used to refund payments to the customer. Personal data such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support). The IP address or other network identifiers of the online store user are processed to provide the online store as an information society service and to produce web usage statistics.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data takes place for the purpose of fulfilling the contract entered into with the customer. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to fulfill a legal obligation (eg accounting and settlement of consumer disputes).
Recipients to whom personal data are transmitted
Personal information is passed on to the online store's customer support to manage purchases and purchase history and to resolve customer issues. The name, telephone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. In the case of goods delivered by courier, the customer's address will be provided in addition to the contact details. If the online store is accounted for by the service provider, the personal data will be transferred to the service provider for accounting purposes. Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.
Security and access to data
Personal data is stored on Elkdata OÜ servers located in a Member State of the European Union or a country that is a party to the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed by the European Commission as adequate and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework. Access to personal data is available to online store employees who can review personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store and provide customer support services. The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure. Personal data is transferred to online store processors (e.g. transport service providers and data hosting) on the basis of agreements concluded between the online store and the authorized processors. Authorized processors are required to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data.
Access to and correction of personal data
Personal data can be consulted and corrections can be made in the user profile of the online store. If the purchase has been made without a user account, you can consult the personal data via customer support.

Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data is based on the client's consent, the client has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying customer support via email.
Preservation
When closing the customer account of the online store, personal data will be deleted, unless such data needs to be kept for accounting or resolving consumer disputes. If the purchase in the online store has been made without a customer account, the purchase history will be stored for three years. In the case of disputes relating to payments and consumer disputes, personal data shall be kept until the claim is fulfilled or the limitation period expires. The personal data required for accounting purposes shall be kept for seven years.
Deletion
To delete personal information, contact customer support via email. A request for erasure shall be answered no later than one month and the period for erasure shall be specified.
Transfer
A request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies and notifies you of personal information that is subject to transfer.
Direct marketing announcements
The e-mail address and phone number are used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, he must select the corresponding reference in the footer of the e-mail or contact customer support.

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (info@tupsunupsu.ee or +37256561734). The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
