50 cm elastic bands are suitable for children's shoes. 1 m for adult low-heeled shoes and 150 cm for shoes with a higher leg. The set includes elastic bands for two shoes, stoppers and ends that must be attached to the shoe yourself.

Depending on the color of the nozzles chosen, the set includes:
- 2 elastic laces
- 2 stopwatches
- 2 or 4 nozzles. +1 nozzle as a spare.
With 2 nozzles, both ends of the rubber are placed inside one nozzle. With 4 nozzles, each end of the rubber gets a separate nozzle.
