The length and width of the insole were measured with a soft measuring tape. See the gallery where we measured the width. Since the strap pushes the foot forward slightly, the heel does not stay exactly on the edge of the sandal. So the length allowance is distributed both in front of the toes and behind the heel. Choose a size smaller or the same size than your usual size.

- The sandal is easy to adjust to your foot with the velcros. Thanks to the adjustable velcro on the top of the foot, it fits many foot types.
- The sole thickness of these barefoot sandals is 9 mm (2 mm leather insole + 7 mm Vibram rubber sole)
- The heel strap is padded.
- Suitable for medium to wide feet, low to high instep
- We recommend treating it to make it water- and dirt-repellent, e.g., with Gogonano Stay Dry, Gogonano EcoProtect, Collonil Carbon Pro, Top Natural Repel spray
