Thickness: 4 mm in normal state, 2 mm when pressed
Place the shoe insole on the thermal sole, draw the outlines and cut out the appropriate shape and size.

Insoles containing activated carbon that help prevent sweat odor. Soft and comfortable for your feet thanks to airy natural latex. Absorbs moisture well and dries quickly. Place the insole inside the shoe with the cloth side up. We recommend removing the insoles from the shoe in the evening and placing them to dry (not directly on a heater). By using insoles in your shoes, you will enjoy your shoes for longer!
