The length and width of the insole were measured with a soft measuring tape. See the gallery where we measured the width. Since the strap pushes the foot forward slightly, the heel does not stay exactly on the edge of the sandal. So the length allowance is distributed both in front of the toes and behind the heel. Choose a size smaller or the same size than your usual size.
