The length and width of the inner sole measured with a soft tape measure. See the gallery where we measured the width. Because the heel strap pushes the foot slightly forward, the heel does not stay exactly on the edge of the sandal. So the length margin is distributed both in front of the toes and behind the heel. Choose a size smaller or the same size as your usual size.
