Can height be measured?

If you are still in doubt, you can also measure your height. Namely, you should measure the height of your foot with a soft tape measure by placing the tape measure on one side of your foot against the floor and gently pulling it across the instep of your foot to the other side of the floor and marking the reading in cm where the tape measure touches the floor. Divide the reading by the length of your foot in cm.

If the result is up to 0,7, it is madala with a foot. For 0,71-0,81, the height of the foot is middle and a result of 0,82 or higher is high instep with your foot.
