- Ranger boots are made of oiled nubuck leather that prevents water stains. The nose and heel are protected by a rubber layer, which is particularly useful when the boots are used for hiking.
- The lining is a felt-like synthetic material. These boots are therefore suitable for wear in cooler autumns and warmer winters.
- The footwear is equipped with a membrane, which means that its water resistance is quite high. NB: the membrane will only work if the temperature inside the shoe is 15 degrees higher than the temperature outside. Read more here
- Membrane footwear is not waterproof in the same way as rubber boots. Membrane footwear can be used on wet grass or sand, in light rain and snow. However, in torrential rain and sleet, we recommend the use of rubber boots. Membrane footwear should not be dried on a radiator or in a drying cabinet as this may damage the membrane. To dry shoes, we recommend removing the insoles, inserting newspapers and keeping the shoes upside down until they are dry.
- The DeepGrip outsole is 4 mm thick (without pattern) and has a deep pattern, making it suitable for use on more difficult terrain.
- The tongue is stitched to the shoe and prevents water, dirt, etc. from entering the boot.

- Before use, it is recommended to treat the footwear with water and dirt repellent sprays such as Gogonano Stay Dry, Collonil Carbon Pro, Topi Natural Repel or similar.
