On our page you will find the internal dimensions of the footwear. In order to choose the right shoe size, you should measure your foot. A guide to measuring your foot can be found here. The recommended margin for length is 12 mm and for width 2-4…6 mm. For a winter boot the margin can be larger, for a sandal smaller. For a beginner walker, the maximum length allowance should be 1 cm.

If the shoes you order are not suitable, you can return or exchange them for another model by filling in a return form. Please read the information on returns and exchanges here.
Shoes purchased in a physical store can only be exchanged.

You are welcome to try on shoes in our Tupsunupsu barefoot shop in Tartu. We are located at Ilmatsalu 3. Opening hours can be found at the bottom of the page.

If you suspect that you have received a defective product, please send all the information with a picture/video and your invoice/sales receipt number to info@tupsunupsu.ee.

Unfortunately we don’t have a shop in Tallinn, but we do send parcel post all over Estonia. If the goods do not fit, there is also a 14-day right of return when ordering online.
